Production and Processing Time

Please know that we are proudly a small business, and as such, in an effort to keep costs manageable, many of our products are made to order. Our goal is to have your purchase produced and ready for shipment within 14 days of your date of purchase. Volume of orders, intricacy of designs, and personalization of pieces can affect our production and processing time estimates. Items with a KNOWN production time of more than 14 days will be disclosed on the product page. Rose gold pieces often have production times that are longer than their white and yellow gold sisters. We ask that you please be patient with us while we work to provide you with the high-quality pieces you can expect from Redefining Diamonds. Shipping

We ship our products Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) using _____ carrier. All packages will be insured for the cost of the product inside the package, and we will require all fine jewelry purchases to be signed for. Should you waive the signature requirement after a first attempt at delivery, neither Redefining Diamonds, nor our shipping partner are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur to the product once the package has been delivered, nor will the same be covered by insurance.

Any items returned to Redefining Diamonds for multiple failed delivery attempts will incur returned shipping charges.

Average shipping times for ground delivery packages are 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please note that average shipping times do not include production and processing time, and that expedited shipping is not expedited production/processing.
